Important: When you purchase a ticket through tktdig, you are purchasing admission to an Event supplied by the relevant Event Organiser. tktdig provides the ticketing platform and associated ticketing services and is not ordinarily the promoter, producer or operator of the Event.
1. Application of These Terms
These Terms of Purchase apply whenever you purchase, receive, hold or use a ticket issued through the TKTDIG ticketing platform.
By completing a purchase, you agree to:
these Terms of Purchase;
the TKTDIG Terms of Use;
the TKTDIG Privacy Policy;
any Event-specific conditions disclosed before purchase; and
any lawful conditions of entry imposed by the Event Organiser or venue.
If you purchase tickets on behalf of another person, you must make them aware of any conditions applicable to their ticket.
2. Who You Are Buying From
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the relevant Event Organiser is the supplier of the Event.
The Event Organiser is responsible for matters including:
producing and delivering the Event;
Event dates, times and content;
performers and programming;
venue arrangements;
ticket categories and pricing;
seating and admission conditions;
Event cancellation or postponement decisions;
Event-related refunds and customer remedies; and
compliance with applicable consumer laws relating to the Event.
TKTDIG provides the ticketing technology and related administrative services used to facilitate the transaction.
Providing those services does not, by itself, make TKTDIG the promoter, producer, performer, venue operator or financial guarantor of the Event.
3. Payment Processing
Ticket payments are processed using an approved third-party payment provider.
3.1 Organiser Payment Gateway
Where the Event Organiser uses its own payment gateway, ticket payments are processed through the Organiser's payment arrangement and may settle directly to the Organiser or its nominated account.
3.2 Temporary TKTDIG Payment Processing
In limited circumstances, TKTDIG may temporarily administer payments on behalf of an Event Organiser.
Where this occurs, TKTDIG acts as a payment administrator for the limited purpose of facilitating ticket sales and settlement. This does not transfer responsibility for delivering the Event or funding Event-related refunds from the Event Organiser to TKTDIG.
TKTDIG may retain or deduct amounts where reasonably required for approved refunds, chargebacks, payment-provider requirements, fraud prevention, applicable fees or other authorised purposes.
4. Ticket Prices and Fees
The Event Organiser generally determines the ticket price, ticket category, seating allocation and ticket inventory for its Event.
TKTDIG may charge disclosed booking, ticketing, processing, delivery or other service fees.
All material fees payable by you will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.
5. Order Confirmation
A booking is not complete until the transaction has been successfully processed and an order confirmation or valid ticket has been generated.
If you submit payment but do not receive confirmation, you should first check your TKTDIG account and email, including your spam or junk folder.
If you remain uncertain whether your order was completed, contact TKTDIG before attempting to purchase the same tickets again.
6. Accurate Customer and Payment Information
You must provide accurate and current information when purchasing tickets.
A transaction may be declined, cancelled or placed on hold where:
payment cannot be verified;
information supplied appears incorrect;
fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected;
the payment provider declines the transaction;
ticket limits have been exceeded; or
there is a genuine ticketing, pricing or inventory error.
7. Ticket Limits
Ticket limits may apply to an Event, ticket category, customer, household, payment method or transaction.
TKTDIG or the Event Organiser may cancel tickets obtained through attempts to circumvent disclosed ticket limits, including through multiple accounts or transactions.
8. Tickets and Admission
A ticket provides the holder with a licence to seek admission to the specified Event, subject to these Terms and applicable venue and Event conditions.
Admission may be refused where reasonably justified, including where:
the ticket is invalid, cancelled, duplicated or fraudulently obtained;
the ticket has already been scanned;
the holder breaches lawful venue conditions;
the holder presents a safety or security risk;
age or identification requirements are not satisfied; or
admission would breach applicable law.
9. Lost, Stolen or Shared Tickets
You are responsible for protecting your ticket, barcode, QR code and account credentials.
Do not publicly share or publish your ticket barcode or QR code.
TKTDIG may assist with reissuing or replacing a ticket where appropriate, but replacement is not guaranteed where ownership cannot reasonably be verified.
10. Change of Mind
No change-of-mind refunds. Unless the Event Organiser expressly offers a different policy, tickets are not refundable or exchangeable merely because you:
change your mind;
can no longer attend;
purchase the wrong date or ticket category;
find a cheaper ticket elsewhere;
arrive late;
fail to attend; or
experience a personal change of circumstances.
Nothing in this clause limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded.
11. Event Cancellation
11.1 If the Event Organiser cancels the Event
If an Event is cancelled by the Event Organiser and is not rescheduled, ticket purchasers will be entitled to the remedy required by applicable law and the Event Organiser's lawful refund obligations.
Where a refund is required, the Event Organiser is responsible for funding the refund.
TKTDIG may administer the refund on behalf of the Event Organiser using available Event funds or other funds supplied by the Event Organiser.
TKTDIG is not required to fund the Event Organiser's refund obligations from TKTDIG's own resources merely because TKTDIG issued or processed the ticket.
Where sufficient Event funds are not immediately available, processing times may depend upon the Event Organiser providing the required funds, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, your existing ticket will normally remain valid for the replacement date unless you are advised otherwise.
TKTDIG or the Event Organiser will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket purchasers using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
12.1 Minor changes
A minor change that does not materially alter the nature of the Event will not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund, subject to applicable law.
12.2 Material changes
Where an Event is significantly changed, including circumstances where applicable consumer law gives the purchaser a right to cancel and obtain a refund, the Event Organiser will provide the remedy required by law.
A material change may include significant changes to matters such as:
the headline performer;
the city or venue;
the fundamental nature of the Event; or
another change that substantially affects what was purchased.
13. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Events may sometimes be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of TKTDIG or the Event Organiser, including:
natural disasters;
public-health emergencies;
government restrictions;
war or civil unrest;
security emergencies;
travel or visa restrictions;
performer illness or inability to travel;
venue closure;
industrial action;
transport disruption; or
other comparable circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In those circumstances, the Event Organiser may postpone, reschedule, relocate or cancel the Event where reasonably necessary.
Your rights will depend upon the circumstances, the nature of the change, the Event Organiser's lawful obligations and any rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this clause removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Refund Process
Where a refund has been approved or is legally required:
refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible;
TKTDIG may require reasonable information to verify the original booking;
refund timing may depend upon the relevant bank or payment provider;
the Event Organiser remains responsible for funding Event-related refunds; and
TKTDIG may administer the refund on the Organiser's behalf.
Refunds will not ordinarily be paid to an unrelated bank account or third party unless appropriate verification and authority are provided.
15. Booking and Service Fees on Refunds
Where a refund is required, the treatment of booking, processing, delivery or other service fees will depend upon:
the reason for the refund;
whether the relevant service has already been supplied;
the Event Organiser's applicable refund arrangements; and
any rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms permits TKTDIG or an Event Organiser to retain an amount where applicable law requires that amount to be refunded.
16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a payment chargeback, purchasers are encouraged to contact TKTDIG or the Event Organiser so that legitimate concerns may be investigated and resolved.
TKTDIG may provide transaction, ticket, admission and Event information to payment providers where reasonably necessary to respond to a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent, dishonest or abusive use of chargeback procedures may result in cancellation of tickets, restriction of accounts or other lawful action.
17. Seating and Ticket Allocation
Seating plans and ticket categories are created from information supplied or approved by the Event Organiser and venue.
While reasonable care is taken, minor operational seating changes may occasionally be necessary.
Where a seat must be changed for operational reasons, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an equivalent or appropriate alternative.
Nothing in this clause limits rights arising where a materially inferior product or service is supplied.
18. Event Information
Event descriptions, times, performers, accessibility information, age restrictions and other Event information are generally provided or approved by the Event Organiser.
Purchasers should review all Event information carefully before completing a purchase.
TKTDIG may correct obvious administrative, technical or pricing errors.
19. Pricing or Technical Errors
If a genuine and obvious pricing, inventory, seating or technical error occurs, TKTDIG or the Event Organiser may cancel the affected transaction and provide an appropriate refund.
This right will be exercised reasonably and does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
20. Transfers and Resale
Tickets may only be transferred or resold where permitted by the Event Organiser, venue rules, TKTDIG functionality and applicable law.
TKTDIG does not guarantee tickets purchased through unauthorised third-party resale channels.
A ticket obtained fraudulently or in breach of applicable resale laws may be cancelled where permitted by law.
21. Use of Tickets for Promotions
Tickets must not be used for advertising, competitions, promotions, commercial packages, sweepstakes or other promotional activity without the prior authorisation of the Event Organiser and, where relevant, TKTDIG.
22. Customer Information and Event Organiser Access
When you purchase a ticket, information relevant to your booking may be provided to the relevant Event Organiser where reasonably necessary to:
administer your booking;
deliver the Event;
manage seating and admission;
communicate Event changes;
provide customer support;
process refunds or resolve disputes;
meet safety or legal obligations; and
perform other legitimate Event-related activities.
Purchasing a ticket does not automatically give an Event Organiser an unrestricted right to use your personal information for unrelated direct marketing.
Marketing use must be based on an appropriate consent or other lawful basis.

23. Marketing Consent
Transactional communications necessary to administer your ticket or Event may be sent without being treated as general promotional marketing.
Where optional marketing consent is requested, it should be presented separately from acceptance of these Terms and should not be a condition of purchasing a ticket unless legally permitted.
24. Fraud and Misuse
TKTDIG may suspend, investigate or cancel transactions where it reasonably suspects:
payment fraud;
stolen payment credentials;
automated ticket-buying abuse;
unauthorised resale;
false account information;
duplicate or manipulated tickets; or
other unlawful activity.
25. TKTDIG Liability
TKTDIG remains responsible for its own acts and omissions to the extent required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, TKTDIG is not responsible for matters exclusively within the control of the Event Organiser, venue, performer, payment provider or another independent third party.
TKTDIG does not guarantee:
that an Event will proceed;
the commercial or artistic quality of an Event;
the attendance of any particular performer;
the Event Organiser's financial position; or
matters outside TKTDIG's reasonable control.
26. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where these Terms appear inconsistent with a non-excludable statutory right, the statutory right prevails.
27. Event-Specific Conditions
An Event may have additional lawful conditions relating to matters such as:
age restrictions;
identification;
dress requirements;
prohibited items;
accessibility arrangements;
photography and recording;
security;
entry times; and
venue rules.
Event-specific terms apply in addition to these Terms but cannot remove rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
28. Changes to These Terms
TKTDIG may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, business operations or applicable law.
The version applying to your transaction will generally be the version published when you completed the purchase, subject to any later change required by law.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Nothing in this clause limits any right a consumer may have to rely upon another applicable jurisdiction where the law provides that right.
